Quadvare ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ZappQ Flow mobile application (the "Service").
About the App: ZappQ Flow is a companion application for the ZappQ platform, designed specifically for queue management and hospital staff. Please note that there is no public registration or sign-up available within the app. All login credentials and account access are provided directly by ZappQ or your hospital administration.

We do not permanently store any personal patient data. Queue tokens and session data are temporary and exist only during an active clinic session in real-time. Once a session ends, queue data is not retained on our servers.
Staff account credentials (email address) managed through Firebase Authentication are retained only for as long as the account is active. Upon account deletion or deactivation by the clinic administrator, this data is removed.
Since we do not store personal patient data, there is no patient data to delete. For staff account data, deletion is handled by your clinic administrator through the ZappQ administration panel.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (e.g., Google Firebase for authentication and analytics). These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
